What is the duration of the program?
The program spans 7 weeks, with two sessions per week.
What is the format of each session?
Each session is conducted online via a video conferencing platform. Sessions include interactive lessons, activities, and Q&A segments. A meeting link will be provided along with other class materials.
What time are the sessions?
Sessions are every Monday and Thursday Starting July 8th and ending August 19th! 90 minute interactive webinars take place Mondays, and Group Coaching takes place at 10am on Thursdays.
Who can benefit from this class?
The program is designed for teens, 13 - 19 years old, looking to improve their executive functioning skills, including time management, organization, and planning.
What type of background do the instructors have?
Our instructors are experienced professionals in the field of executive functioning and educational support, including psychologists, educators, counselors and occupational therapists.
Is there homework or outside assignments?
Yes, there will be practical exercises and assignments to complete between sessions to reinforce learning and practice new skills.
What if I miss a session?
All sessions will be recorded and available for later viewing, so you can catch up if you miss any live sessions.
What technology will I need?
You will need a computer or tablet with internet access, a webcam, and a microphone. A quiet and comfortable place to attend the sessions is also recommended.
Is there a cost for the program?
Yes, there is a fee for the program. Please refer to our registration page for detailed pricing information.
Can I get a refund if I withdraw from the program?
All refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Will there be any one-on-one support available?
While the program is primarily group-based, there will be opportunities for individual questions during sessions, and additional one-on-one support can be arranged separately if needed.
